We apologise unreservedly to all Crystal Palace fans for our post, and subsequent article in the Croydon Advertiser, regarding the incident with Eric Cantona at Selhurst Park. At the time we were unaware of the aftermath this incident caused, and have since been updated by a Palace fan, to the many events that followed including to the tragic death of a Crystal Palace Fan. Our intention was obviously misguided but never intended to cause any disrespect.
We are embarrassed by our ignorance surounding the event and have removed all reference to it from our site, as not to cause any more hurt to Crystal Palace Football Club and its fans.
