An English town has started a festival to honor its greatest hero — a dog named Pickles.
The pooch earned the love of South Norwood and the country when he found the World Cup soccer trophy in a bush after it had been stolen in 1966 and presumed lost. The Pickles tribute will include a motorized papier-mâché replica of the dog re-enacting the discovery of the cup.
