Some weeks back we dispatched in secret a team under Major Fawcett to explore the further reaches of the Country Park believing travellers tales that there was a SECOND lake in the Park. After weeks incommunicado we received this exciting news today:
A pond has been discovered in land usually inaccessible behind the visitor centre. The pond is currently rather parched but reeds, yellow irises and best of all a pheasant were espied today and verified by the National geographic society. Here’s the proof:
That gives us two lakes and three ponds.
Regretfully we must report that expedition leader Major Fawcett is still missing.
