Over the recent weeks we have had emails back and forth with TFL to help back promote our area via SNTB. Here is the latest response:
Dear Mr Cooper
Thank you for your email to the Mayor Boris Johnson about promoting interest in your local area by arranging for you to have our logo, with contact information fixed at Norwood Junction Station.
Our London Rail team have considered your request and are pleased with the work that the South Norwood Tourist Board undertakes to promote the local area.
However, while we take great interest in the communities that we serve, London Overground will unfortunately not be able to commit to displaying your logo at the station. This is because we have a contract in place with a supplier who manages all of the advertising sites within our stations, which would prevent us from agreeing to your request.
We wish you the best of luck in continuing to promote this important community.
Thank you for taking the time to contact the Mayor.. Please contact us again if you need any further assistance or if you would prefer to call us about this matter, please use our new cheaper number 0343 222 1234.
Regards
Maria La Tegola
