There are few freestanding sculptures in South Norwood but if you cast your eyes upwards you will see many on pubs – The Greyhound, Port Manor – or underneath seats – the goats. On Oliver Grove there are two fine sculptures of black dogs at the entrance to two houses about 30 yards apart but separate houses.
