In a piece of detective work worthy of Sherlock Homes himself the SNTB has tracked down RICHARD DOYLE the great nephew of Conan Doyle. We have invited Richard to the ceremony on Feb.1st and when told of the council’s hostile attitude to his great uncle he was incredulous. He is unfortunately unable to attend due to prior commitments. Our sleuths are even now trying to find other members of the Doyle family tree.
